This isn’t your lay-on-the-couch, sit-in-awkward-silence, feel-like-you-leave-with-more-questions-than-answers therapy. I meet every client where they’re at and add a little humor (my dog thinks I’m hilarious). When you work with me, you gain support, a guide, a motivator, and cheerleader, but this doesn’t mean I won’t ask the hard questions. You are the expert on you, and I push you to think beyond that view of yourself.
